Add 2 tablespoons of salt & 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes to the boiling spaghetti water, once boiled, add which ever kind of spaghetti you wish to use.
Cook the bacon under the grill till nice and crispy & set aside on some kitchen towel, rested on a plate.
Boil peas till soft in the middle & set aside.
Once the spaghetti is boiled to your liking, collect 1 cup of spaghetti water & set aside. - please drain the rest of the pan water away.
You are now left with drained spaghetti, crispy bacon resting on a plate & nicely, cooked peas.
Cut the bacon into small chunks and again, set aside.
Add a handful of basil leaves & 2 crushed garlic cloves to the pan of spaghetti and season with salt and pepper, once mixed, add 1 cup of natural yogurt & 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to the mix, stir & simmer.
Once simmering, the mix will become thick, this is where you add the 1 cup of spaghetti water, mix & simmer once again.
Add the peas & bacon gradually until it is all gone..
Stir & simmer & dish up in a bowl!
