Each year for our anniversary, my husband and I switch off making a feast from a particular country. This year was Korea (and I was free from cooking). There's Jap Chae, Galbi, braised pork belly, Kim Bap, tons of pickles and more. I can't say I know how to make these, but highly recommend the "not recipe" special occasion cooking adventures.
