Fusili in a creamy chicken & mushroom sauce made with labneh!
You need: pasta / chicken breasts cut into strips / mushroom, sliced / garlic, crushed / labneh / 1 tbsp corn starch / salt & pepper
To make: Boil the pasta until al dente. in a pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil then cook the chicken pieces until just cooked through. Remove the chicken, set on a plate & season with s&p. Add a little more olive oil to the pan and sauté the garlic for 2 seconds then the mushrooms until soft. Add the labneh and corn starch to keep its creamy consistency until it starts to bubble. Add in the chicken with its juices and the pasta, give it a mix and season with s&p. Serve & enjoy!
