Everything under the broiler! Romaine with a slather of caeser-esque dressing (olive oil, egg yolk, Dijon, garlic, anchovy, and champagne vinegar) and Parmesan; salmon in a Fresno chiles and soy sauce. Very hot oven. 6 minutes on a lower rack on the greens, 10 minutes above on the salmon.
