Pasta with asparagus
Clean and chop the asparagus; cook in a fry pan for about 10 minutes with onion and olive oil. Add salt at the end to taste.
In parallel, choose your favorite short pasta and cook to perfection in salted water.
Combine the ingredients, add herbs (I used some basil, fresh oregano and parsley) and a drop of olive oil and fresh pepper.
I added some mozzarella bites, but you can enjoy with a sprinkle of Parmesan.
