Layering with leftovers is so hot right now: take one baked potato, cut in half. Reheat then smush most of the flesh (still in the skin!) with butter, s&p, and a fork. Top with grated cheddar, warmed up leftover beef chili, more cheddar (yas). Broil for a few minutes, then top with pickled jalapeños, sour cream, and green garnish of choice (cilantro, scallions, etc.) College grub elevated. Yum yum.
