Pretzled Challah. I'm constantly scheming to pretzel things. This is the best one yet (though we may have let it proof for too long while the chicken was in the oven). Anyway, make challah and dip it in a lye solution. Don't be afraid to use the real thing! So worth it. And it makes the very best French toast the next day.
