White Asparagus with Fava and Morels

Remove fresh Fava from pods and parboil beans and submerge in ice bath the stop cooking. Peel outer layer. Sautee asparagus and remove from pan. Sautee morels (if not in season substitute mushroom of choice) and remove from pan. Season all to taste and assemble. Drizzle with good extra virgin olive oil. Top with fresh shaved Parmesan. Eat.
