My version of cake pops. Devil's food cake inspired by Melissa Clark and NYT Food with many liberties. Mascarpone and heavy whipping cream for the frosting. Mix a fraction of the frosting with the crumbled cake. I added frosting little by little until the dough could be made into balls. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Melt bittersweet and white chocolate together with butter. Dip dough balls into melted chocolate, refrigerate for 2-3 hours
