The Humboldt Fog Breaky Sando!
On a baking sheet lightly spray sourdough slices with coconut oil spray. Lay slices on sheet and place the cheddar and humboldt fog cheese on sourdough- open faced style! Bake at 375 degrees for about 10mins or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Take out of oven and place bacon and sliced avocado to make a Sando. Eat and enjoy! I served this with two over medium eggs cooked with coconut oil and an arugula salad lightly dressed with olive oil and lemon juice with freshly ground pepper.
