Crab toast with dill, mint, and lemon aioli.
Toss lump crab meat with lemon zest, dill, mint (or herbs of your choice), thinly sliced chilies, olive oil, salt and pepper. Make a quick lemon aioli by mixing mayonnaise (kewpie!) with a squeeze of lemon juice and some smashed garlic. Spread aioli on toasted bread and top with crab mixture. Inspired by ABC Kitchen, NYC.
