Asparagus, yoghurt frittata. Sauté asparagus in butter and olive oil. Add whisked eggs. Then dollop with Greek yoghurt. Clamp on the lid and let the eggs cook on a whisper of heat until just set. Sprinkle with chives and smoked salt. Eat with sourdough straight from the skillet.
