sdebrango is making creme fraiche -- and also preserving the last of the rhubarb in a cordial! She used a recipe from Food52 (link below) but the idea's simple: Let rhubarb, sugar, and vodka sit in an airtight jar for about a month, until all the sugar dissolves and the rhubarb breaks down. Then drink over ice or with Champagne.
