Our editor Ali switched up her usual egg on toast weekend routine after finding some fun greens at the farmers market. She cracked some eggs for a frittata and then added fish sauce, ginger, cilantro, mint, scallions, Thai chile, and asparagus coins. She cooked it as you would any old frittata, then topped it with tatsoi, sprouts, and a squeeze of lime.
