Ultimate summer salad with seared tuna and tsatsiki
For the tuna:
Let your tuna steak marinate in lime juice, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Sear for about two minutes in each side and cut across the grain.
For the salad:
Mix watermelon, cucumber, snap peas, avocado (all large dice), mint and feta with a bit of lime juice and olive oil.
For the tsatsiki:
Grate some cucumber on the large-grate side of a box grater. Squeeze out the liquid. Mix it into some Greek yogurt with some minced garlic and chopped fresh mint. Season with a little salt.
