For the meat filling:
Sauté garlic, onions, ground beef.. add minced carrots, potatoes, red pepper.. Season with salt and pepper.. add raisins.
To make the pie:
Use ready made frozen crust-- fill one crust and use as the bottom piece.. then use another crust to make a lattice-work topping. Brush with egg wash then bake at 350 degrees until toasted.. Enjoy!
