Moules frites! Grilled shrimp! Roasted asparagus!

1) Sauté garlic and shallots in butter, add some good white wine and fresh herbs (parsley here), toss in mussels and steam until they're open. Serve with crispy fries and the broth!
2) toss shrimp with a smidgen of olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence. Grill. 3) Roast asparagus with a little olive oil and salt.
4) Thank your lucky stars for the feast before you.
5) Devour with a generous pour of white wine.
