Toss quartered mushrooms with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, & pepper. Roast for 10 minutes. Simmer some polenta. Stir in some butter and Parmesan. Top with roasted mushrooms & chopped parsley.

A little dusting of porcini powder might be nice too
