Frittata in progress: a dozen eggs, 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream, 2 cups of chopped asparagus, scallions, and snap peas, a cup of grated extra-sharp cheddar and manchego, and a generous handful of chopped fresh dill. I sautéed the vegetables in a cast iron skillet in a bit of butter until just tender, then added the beaten egg/dairy/dill, swirled it all around to combine, and put it in a 350 degree oven to cook until set.
