Marscapone and Roasted Tomatoes Cheese. Roast the tomatoes at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until plump. Toss your favorite pasta, marscapone cheese and roastedtomatoes with saved pasta water, mozzarella or Parmesan (or both) and herbs. I used tarragon, chives would also be #delish. Bake another 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
