Mash two avocados gently with a fork. Add juice from half a lemon and season the avocado with salt and pepper. Chill until ready.
Use thick slices of bread (we used whole wheat) and toast in melted butter in a skillet until both sides are browned and crispy. Remove from pan and wipe out the skillet.
Top with an egg or sliced radishes.
To assemble: top the toast with avocado and whatever other toppings you like. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and a bit of flaky sea salt.
