Cheese Tortellini's over a Fire Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce, a nice drizzle of Olive Oil, grated Parmigiano-Reggianno, and fresh Basil. The sauce is really simple. 8 ounces of Peppers, blended with 1/4 cup of water, then tossed in a skillet that I heated 1-2 cloves of garlic(minced) sautéed with a little olive oil and a pinch of red chili flakes..salt and pepper to taste.
