Sauté garlic, onions in olive oil in a pot.
Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes.
Add frozen spinach, asparagus, water. Boil.
Meanwhile, heat frozen peas, milk, Parmesan cheese in microwave and mash with a fork until smooth
Add milk/pea mixture to pot.
Add pasta to soup and cook as directed until on package.
Serve with grated Parmesan, and hummus toast on the side
