Peace sign yogurt bread in the park: working off of Mark Bittman's recipe for yogurt bread, swap the molasses for maple and dump in some errant fridge berries. Bake in a skillet until golden, but before you do, brown hella butter in the same pan. *Then* proceed. ??

I made half the recipe with whole wheat pastry flour, barley flour, cornmeal, and rye flour. I used molasses and didn't add any dried fruit or nuts. Baked in a preheated 7" cast iron pan for 40 minutes. It was just fabulous. Perfect crumb, moist, rich but not too sweet.
