Romano Pepper & Goats Cheese Quiche for those long summer evenings (with a glass of wine or two...).
Make pastry (or buy ready made), dice onions and cook with garlic.
Whisk together eggs, milk, flour and seasoning. Put the onions into the egg mixture, pour into the pastry case. Scatter the pepper slices across the quiche and goats cheese, then bake in the oven until the egg is cooked through. Serve with a salad.
