Crust: (Eyeballed the amount sorry!), about 1 cup flour with 1/3 cup butter cut in and then carefully brought together with a couple tbsp of icewater.
Filling: Layer of Dijon honey-mustard, topped with manchego cheese, asparagus and broccoli, salt and pepper to taste and popped into a preheated 200ºC/400ºF oven until golden (mine took about 15min). Top with fresh basil, parsley and spicy pepper flakes and dig in!
