Using a Saran lined bundt pan, layer bacon, Italian fennel sausage, andouille, mozzarella, pulled pork, cooked bacon, Parmesan, hot Italian sausage and more bacon. In mold and smoke for about 4.5 hours at 250 till cooked through.
