Cook farro in salty water until al dente, blanch asparagus until crisp-tender, sautee leeks and yellow onion in olive oil until tender and translucent, chop radishes, and combine all ingredients. Throw in frozen petite peas. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, salt/pepper to taste.

Serve room temperature.
