Sugared chamomile flowers--one of the uses for that chamomile (thanks #Martha). Mix together an egg white and about a tablespoon of water. Paint (with a paintbrush!) the mixture onto your edible flower and sprinkle sugar on top. Don't try to take a short cut by dunking your flower in the egg mixture and then the sugar like I did. You just get a blob. Set on some parchment overnight. Keeps for a few months in a covered container. #garnish
