Any Chocolate cake mix for cookie base 3 eggs (I used flax seed for egg substitute but optional) 1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup crisco or butter 3-4 cups confectioners sugar Mint extract Vanilla extract Green food coloring (Adjust for desired consistency)
Hershey's dark cocoa powder ~ 1/2 cup Vanilla extract ~ 1/2 cup coconut oil (I eyeballed it but add more sugar if too runny) 1 tbsp light corn syrup 1-2 cups confectioners sugar (not exact)
I used a mixing bowl and hand mixer for each step so I can easily adjust ingredients. It's a custom recipe and pretty much made it up as I went along. A real ganache involves melting chocolate chips and heavy cream so you can use either. Sugar overload!! I'm freezing them to set the chocolate and less of a mess when eating. Don't overcook your cookies.
