Pan fried brussels sprouts, kale salad with goat cheese and toasted hemp hearts, grilled lemon chicken

Brussels sprouts
Slice thinly, mince garlic… melt butter in cast iron skillet, add sprouts, season with black pepper and smoked salt… add garlic… deglaze pan with splash of champagne vinegar and a touch of liquid aminos

Kale salad
Chop, massage with olive oil and smoked salt, add minced garlic, dress with champagne vinegar, herbs de provence mustard, mayo… toast hemp seeds in pan used for sprouts… top salad with black pepper, hemp seeds, and goat cheese
