Gluten-free Grahams with store-bought pistachio ice cream. Grahams made with 2 1/4 c almond flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 2 TBSP melted coconut oil, and 2 TBSP molasses, rolled, scored, and baked after refrigerating the dough for 30 min.
