Thursday night baking featuring cheddar Rosemary gougères!
Used the kitchn's recipe with cheddar cheese and added some powdered Rosemary in with the butter and water for some extra flavor
Baked at 450° F for 5 minutes and then 350° for 20 more to pâte de choux perfection!
