Poisson Yassa...Senegalese fish marinated in onions, mustard, lemon, bay, vinegar, garlic and habanero. Remove fish from marinade, pat dry and sear skin-side down. Remove and cook down onion mixture until lightly caramel oozed. Layer fish on top, cover with foil and finish in the oven. Top with chopped herbs
