Platter of oysters. Done right, they rest on a bed of ice with slices of lemon and a few sauces including a mignonette sauce. Serve with a dry white like a Muscadet sur Lie, a Sancerre or a Pettit Chabis. If you opt for red, a young fruity Beaujolais like a Morgon will pair well.
