Chicken braised in red #wine over cauliflower mash. Make your favorite coq au vin with some #chicken thighs and #cabernetsauvignon (omit any starch in the recipe). Remove chicken, strain out broth. Return broth to pan with some gelatin. Reduce to desired consistency before reuniting with the chicken. Serve over buttery mash - I'm partial to #cauliflower spiked with #garlic and parsley.
