Cannot stop broiling romaine! Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, then pop it under the broiler until the edges and middle leaves start to crisp (~5 min). Drizzle homemade Caesar over top and finish with black pepper and Parmesan shards.
Now I'm inspired to try this. Just had something similar last week from a food truck...each romaine head was cut in quarters so you could eat them with your hands. Yum and convenient when you are walking and eating!!!
