This Spring I preserved a ramp harvest by making ramp butter! It is the absolute best thing to fry up a quick egg in :)
One pound grass fed butter, to about a 1/2 pound ramps (eyeball to preference),
Clean and chop ramps and throw everything in a food processor.
Little edit- I just separated the bulbs and sautéed first to bring out their sweetness and then threw them in to process.
