Kitchen Sink Farro Salad
Whatever is in your crisper. In my case this was grapes, carrots, celery, avocado, and Parmesan cheese.
This is also really good with a nice dry salami if you're into that!
Cook your Farro according to package directions.
Chop everything up.
Toss it all together (sans avocado) and chill for a half hour. When ready to serve, toss again with balsamic dressing and top with avocado.
