Slow Roasted Herb Marinara ??

1 can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 can Diced Tomatoes
5-6 cloves Garlic, chopped
Handful Fresh Basil, chopped
Handful Fresh Chives, chopped
Handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

Combine all ingredients and roast (covered) for 2-3 hours at 300*.

We eat this over pasta or farro ?
