I had a few cups of homemade marinara (Batali's simple, delicious recipe) left over from spaghetti night, so I brought it to room temp, stirred in a couple tablespoons of parmigiano, dropped 3 eggs into it and cooked it at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Topped with basil and Maldon sea salt.
