Taco salad for a crowd
Put chopped iceberg lettuce in a 9x13 dish. Brown ground sirloin in a skillet with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Sprinkle meat with taco seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ancho chili powder. Cook meat and seasonings until done, let cool. Layer taco meat over lettuce, sprinkle a can of drained and rinsed black beans over meat. Sprinkle, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes on next. Finally, top with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with salsa and sour cream for the dressing.
