Sunday Bolognese! Little olive oil, butter. Diced onion, carrot, celery. Simmer slowly until soft. Add 1 pound ground beef and pork. Sauté. Add about a cup milk. Simmer until absorbed. Add in a cup red wine, 1 large can tomatoes. Simmer for a few hours. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in some fresh parsley and basil. Serve over pasta! Buon appetito!!
