Salmon first seared in pan then finished off in the over (salt, pepper, and olive oil). Served on top of roasted Brussels sprouts. Drizzle a dressing of lemon zest, lemon juice, whole grain mustard, maple syrup, and just a spoonful of roasted garlic olive oil.
