Drizzle chopped zucchini, sweet potato, onion, broccoli with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cumin. Roast in oven at 375 F until potatoes are soft enough. Cut chicken into cubes and cook in a skillet, add corn to the skillet to make it more exciting if you choose. Serve on top of brown rice and sprinkle with fresh torn basil and crumbled feta. Eat with a glass of cold white wine, preferably outside.
