A Monday not sad desk lunch. Pea shoots (with flowers!), baby lettuce, blanched asparagus and sugar snaps, and 2 kinds of cheese (because one is rarely enough): an unidentified aged goat and a delicious marinated feta. I took some of the oil from the feta and whisked in a little white wine vinegar and salt to make a dressing and made some rye ciabatta toast.
