Chocolate Soufflé walnut cookies & Coconut almond macaroons drizzled with dark chocolate

To make the macaroons: for every one cup of sweetened, shredded coconut, mix with 1 egg white and 1/4 cup slivered almonds. Bake 15-20 min and drizzle with melted dark chocolate once cooled.
