Hot fresh naan! So easy to make: for 4 small breads, mix a cup of self raising flour, 3 tablespoons of full fat yoghurt, a glug of olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of sugar. Adjust quantities of flour and yoghurt until you have a soft ball of dough and leave aside for 20 minutes. Divide into four and flatten balls with your hands into rustic shaped breads about 1/4 inch thick. Cook in a hot dry pan, rubbing with a bit of ghee, for a couple of minutes on each side until done.
