The star here is the salsa verde - hand chopped parsley, dill, chives, and mint. Add Dijon, capers, a small clove of grated garlic, a squeeze or two of lemon, and finished with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Dried chili would be a nice addition as well. Delicious on broiled zucchini, or really anything for that matter!
