Quick butter chicken recipe by Andrew Zimmern for Food and Wine. Chicken thighs, Greek yogurt, lemon juice vindaloo spice mix, onion, butter,15 oz can crushed tomato,chicken stock or water,heavy cream, salt and pepper. Marinate chicken over night in yogurt, lemon juice and spice mix. Chop onion and sauté in butter, add chicken with yogurt marinade, tomato, water or stock and cook until sauce thickens about 15 minutes add heavy cream continue to simmer another 12 -15 minutes. Serve with basmati rice.
